Yoga literally means “Union” and is a thousands of years old science coming from India, which is bringing body, mind and spirit in harmony with the help of body- (asanas), breathing- (pranayama) and relaxation exercises.

For me Yoga is a possibility to get in touch with our Inner Self and is creating space for our soul.

In my classes I use elements of meditative and dynamic Hatha Yoga, which together form an ideal combination of focussing the mind and physical activity. It’s very important for me to design my yoga classes in a relaxing, varied and sensitive way – the attentive movement of body and mind can be experienced with joy.
